Yes! We do offer free shipping on all eligible orders of $50 or more.

What is your refund/return policy?

Do you accept international orders?

Unfortunately, at this time, we are not accepting orders outside of the United States. We plan to expand out shipping capabilities later this year!

Are your products available in retail stores?

At this time, our products are not available in any physical retail locations. We are actively looking to expand offline and we appreciate your patience!

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are shipped from northern California via USPS, UPS or FedEx Ground. Shipping times may vary based on your location. Average delivery is between 2-5 business days.

Are there any special care instructions for your towels?

Please avoid extreme heat. Wash on warm with like colors. Dry on low heat. Avoid fabric softeners. Do not bleach. Do not iron.

Do you ever have sales or offer discounts?

We do run sales and discounts from time to time, so make sure you are subscribed to our mailing list. All of our subscribers will be notified first on all discounts and sales, as well as any new design drops.
